Brecon Canalman’s Menu development-

Spring 2012. Hospitality businesses from along the Brecon Canal can get advice and help to develop a Canalman’s menu using cheeses and pickles from local producers. Powys CHEFS (Cooking, Healthy Eating and Food Skills)

Mid Wales Food and Land Trust has received Big Lottery funding to deliver community cooking classes across Montgomeryshire and Radnorshire over the next three years. These will be hands-on, practical cookery and food skills courses using fresh, seasonal ingredients followed by a shared three course meal of the dishes created.
