One-day Croeso Cynnes course - ‘First Impressions’

Croeso Cynnes is part of the new Visit Wales’ Croeso Cynnes Cymreig Programme. The First Impressions Module is the successor to the very popular ‘Welcome Host’ course. It is a one day, OCN accredited course designed for all those who come into contact with visitors to the area and want to develop their core service skills. The usual cost of the course is £35 per person. However, TPMW and Medrwn are offering the Croeso Cynnes First Impressions course for just £20 provided you also complete two self assessed modules by end March 2010 and become a fully accredited ‘Croeso’ business.

Sense of Place Course

There are also free of charge ‘Sense of Place’ Training days detailed in the training list, during which the ‘Using Welsh in your Business’ module will also be covered. Courses will run between 9.30am and 4.30pm with a simple lunch provided.
