Tony and Gwen Burgess who run Wales the True Taste award winning Welsh free range egg company in Trawsgoed have come up with a cracking idea to complement their product range – whole egg mayonnaise. Launched last month the Birchgrove Real Mayonnaise for the catering and wholesale sectors and are delighted with the enthusiastic response from customers. According to one happy customer, Gareth Johns, co-owner of the Wynnstay Hotel, Machynlleth, “It’s a good tasting free range Welsh mayonnaise that’s ideal for mixing or dipping on its own.”
